Based on the South Shore and serving the South Shore area, Home Theater
Basics was created to help the common consumer, with a typical HDTV and
sound system, get the most out of their entertainment investment at an affordable
price.

If you haven't yet purchased a new HDTV because going to the store and seeing
the myriad of choices is overwhelming, you're not alone. Our pre-purchase
consultation will give you the education and recommendations you need to make
a decision you won't regret. You'll know what to look for and what to ask for.

We're not super-techies out to dazzle you with our knowledge or talk down to you.
We want you to enjoy and extend the life of your purchase while taking advantage
of all the usually untapped capabilities and quality available in today's common
home theater products.

Sales of home theater equipment such as HDTV's and surround sound systems are
through the roof. These pieces of entertainment equipment are expensive and
are frequently confusing to operate and often create a pile of remote controls on
your table.

We pick up where delivery leaves off. We help you get the most out of your HDTV
and surround sound investment by properly connecting and adjusting everything
for optimal performance. We help you eliminate that pile of unsightly remote
controls by efficiently configuring your system and existing remotes or you can
purchase a great all in one remote from us. We even give you custom written
instructions!

We understand most people don't really know the best way to set-up HDTVs and
basic home theater systems to get the highest performance. We don't hold that
against you. We'll explain everything we do so you'll better understand and enjoy
your system.
